 Polyisobutylene
Properties:
It
is
colorless,
odorless
and
non-toxic
low
molecular
weight
polybutene
homopolymer.
It
is
quite
stable
and
has
nice
resistance
to
oxidation,
ozidation,
acid,
alkali
and
UV.
The
viscose
shearing
properties
ensure
its
nice
compatibility,
dispersing
ability
to
hydrocarbon
large
molecule
material,
and
electrical
insulation,
which
results
in
its
wide
application.
Application:
-
To
manufacture
the
three
series
of
dispersing
agent:
T-108
clean
dispersing
agent,
F-151,
F-152,
T-153
ashless
dispersing
agent,
and
T-154,
T-155
ashless
and
clean
dispersing
agent,
separatively
used
in
normal/luxuary
lubricating
oil,
low-temperature
and
high-temperature
lubricating
oil
as
ashless
and
clean
dispersing
agent.

As
sticky
auxiliary,
plasticizer,
water
resisting
agent,
antioxidant
and
modifier
of
rubber,
plastic,
paraffin,
pitch,
etc,
also
used
to
prepare
paint,
dyes,
coatings,
marking
ink.
-
To
protect
oil
paste
of
high-pressure
cable,
composition
of
insulating
resin,
insulating
pressure
sensitive
adhesive,
insulating
adhesive
tape,
industrial
insulating
oil,
etc.
-
As
the
sealing
material
for
building,
automobile,
ships
and
icebox.
-
To
manufacture
anti-corrosive
paraffin
and
capsule
of
medicine,
or
serve
as
food
additive
and
basic
material
of
gum(food
grade).
